Zombicide kickstarter survivor proxy - Dakota and Eva

Since I had sadly missed the kickstarter program I and I won't cough so much cash to buy them on ebay, I had spent a few days finding for an appropriate proxy for the promo survivors.
That was done, since I am in hong kong and to save on the shipping, I had to make due with some proxy that doesn't really look like the real thing... oh well.
that was done too, order placed, waiting for the shipping quote now.

I had play tested them last night, and had decided to get the survivors that are designed for combat as well, so I am pretty much going for the full set of survivors... first step was to print the dashboard
Printed on 320gsm paper using my color printer at home,
dpi is not too high but it'd do.

then I look around my place to find mini that had just been sitting there doing nothing and could pass for a modern days survivors... and I found them: a freebooter Lillith

She was one of the first miniatures I ordered form the net, I still remember how excited I was when I got her.  Turns out that her facial feature is a bit too strong... isn't as pretty as I had imagined.

This is the survivor that she would be posing as DAKOTA.  Really like using her for her taunt ability, very good complimentary skill for her point-blank skill.  it's also good for zombie crowd management.

So it is cleaning time again...

Wish I can sculpt but I can't and didn't want to invest time on a gaming piece.  The angle of the gun doesn't look right actually, but it will have to do....

After a night of painting, this is where I got to.  I think I can finish her within tonight.

The other passable mini I found is Bella the Partisan from Statuesque Miniatures.  It was mean as a practice mini for building brick base.  I used mini bricks on the floor... the layout is a bit boring but it was fun none the less.

This is the survivor that she would be posing as EVA, a ranged combat specialist:

So after some effort I took her out of the base and put her on the blue transparent base for survivors... lovely.

The freebooter mini:
It had been a long time since anybody had tried to break her soul. But at least they’d tried. These ignorant fools! She had destroyed all of them. None had escaped.

Freebooter Miniatures is a small range of 30mm metal miniatures intended for everyone who appreciates something special. The miniatures, lovingly sculpted by Werner Klocke and friends with a sense of humour and an eye for detail, will be a distinctive addition to your existing collections and games.

Zombicide is a collaborative game for 1 to 6 players, ages 13 and up. A game can last for 30mn (beginner board) to 4 hours (expert board).
Zombicide gamebox
Each player controls between one (for 6 players) and four (solo game) survivors, human trapped in a zombie-infested town. In fact, "survivors" quickly change to "hunters" to smash zombies through and through. However, the team must constantly maintain a balance between survival and slaughter, for as the zombicide continues, the Danger Level increases, and the infected grow in numbers. Any misstep can turn to disaster.
Zombicide is a fun and easy game with cool miniatures in an archetypical, popular and comics-inspired environment. Ambiance is constantly balanced between "beat'em up" and "survival horror" as survivors keep switching from prey to predators. Humor and gloom happily marry in a zombie-fest.
